U.S.A. SNDdeN Anti-Racism Team (ART)
The U.S.A SNDdeN Anti-Racism Team (ART), comprising Sisters and Associates from across the United States, has worked to address systemic and institutional racism for over twenty-five years. The work of ART is twofold: a personal journey of transformation and advocacy for institutional practices, procedures, and policies that contribute to a more just and equitable community and society.
The Gospel of Jesus, Catholic Social Teaching, and the values of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, as outlined in our Hallmarks for a Learning Community, compel us to continually work for justice and compassion within our own institutions in dismantling racism.
ART continues its pledge to raise its voice to end the scourge and sin of institutional racism, which has cost us so dearly. The U.S.A. Anti-Racism Team offers webinars and workshops, both in-person and via Zoom.
