Joyful celebration, deep gratitude and a renewed sense of purpose. That was the spirit at Notre Dame Academy in Worcester, Massachusetts, throughout the 2025–26 academic year, as the entire school community came together to mark 75 years of transforming the lives of young women through Catholic, all-girls’ education.

The milestone was honored with an anniversary Mass in the school’s Cuvilly Auditorium — a gathering rich with meaning, as alumnae, former faculty, current students and families lifted their voices together in thanksgiving. A speaker series deepened the celebration, exploring themes of legacy and vocation, including the stirring reflection “Rooted in Love. Called to Serve: Honoring the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur and 75 Years of NDA.”

Now-retired Head of School Marilyn Tencza offered words that touched the heart of it all: “We remember with deep gratitude the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, who brought St. Julie Billiart’s luminous vision to life . . . a world where young women could grow in knowledge, courage and faith.”

From its founding under Sister Marion Cecilia, SNDdeN, to its newest chapter under new Head of School Linda D. Anderson, NDA Worcester has never stopped honoring that founding call, and its next 75 years look just as bright.
