Leading in Mission presents a collection of reflections on lived experiences of leadership within the Notre Dame de Namur tradition. Each contribution offers a unique perspective on embodying mission through service, collaboration, discernment and commitment in diverse contexts. Together, these essays remind us that mission-centered leadership is not defined by a single style or position, but by relationships, humility and a willingness to serve something greater than ourselves.
