Sowing Goodness Summer 2026 cover

In the Summer 2026 issue of Sowing Goodness, we share stories that highlight how St. Julie Billiart’s spirit of making known God’s goodness shapes our mission.

We celebrate the 175th anniversary of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur in California and share more about our history on the West Coast.

Stories of resilience and innovation emerge in ministries around the world. The St. Julie Haiti Project in Les Cayes provides livelihoods through its bakery, clean water through solar initiatives and hope through education and the arts, while the Cuvilly Arts & Earth Center models ecological stewardship through sustainable farming that nourishes local communities.

As always, we include highlights from our educational ministries, such as the new technology center at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, Massachusetts. We also celebrate Notre Dame Mission Volunteers in its 35th year of service.

Across this issue, we highlight our vibrant, interconnected community—spanning generations and geographies—united in faith and in the shared call to make known the goodness of God.
